I currently have:
TV- 28" Toshiba. Nothing special.
DVD Player- Funny you should ask. I was using a Samsung DVD-711, but the piece of junk finally gave up the ghost. I now have a Pioneer DV-563A.
Receiver- Got to have one, right? Mine's a Pioneer VSX-D812. It can do 7.1 channel sound. It has enough inputs to get all of my gear hooked up to it directly. As far as my myopic eyes and unbalanced ears can tell, it puts out perfect video and audio.
Speakers- a set of 6.1 channel JBL SCS160SI speakers. They're great, and the subwoofer is capable of really putting it down. For a small to medium sized room like mine, you can't ask for more.
