About me:
Recent (spring 2007) college graduate from the University of Kansas with a BFA in Theatre Design, hoping to make something of himself in the theatre industry and then make the jump over into film/television to supplement the measly earning I would receive from the far more creatively fulfilling theatre work. First have to make it into the theatre industry though, which is hard even with my five years experience at the same theatre that hosted over 12 different touring Broadway shows during the time I worked there while attending the university. Trying to stay optimistic!

Married to a wonderful woman Rebekah whom I met at KU and who is an illustrator (you can check out her work at rebekahnichols.com shortly, should be up and running by 4/2/08 or so). Am also a father to an indescribable (in a good way....most of the the time) 2 year old daughter named Sophia.
Proud supporter of HD DVD but not against eventually going blue, just not until prices for players go down since the used market for the discs locally is pretty large, and with no one film over $15, its tempting to buy them for when we upgrade.... yep, addicted!

Panasonic 30" TAU HDTV 1080i (gorgeous CRT, first saw one in an editing suite at KU, love at first sight)
27" Sharp SD-TV (wonderful trooper of a TV, still makes my SD's look really good)
YAMAHA HTR5740 6.1 A/V Receiver
Yamaha 3-way front speakers 2-way center and 3 surround speakers)
Yamaha 6.5" Advanced YST subwoofer (desperately needs to be upgraded, but since we always live in apartments will do for now)

Philips SD-DVD (unlockable to view all the R2 german DVD's I get when I visit family)
