My Gear:
I have a Sceptre 23" LCD widescreen HDTV. A Yamaha home theater system that pumps out outdated Dolby Surround Pro-Logic but still works well. I'm using a Toshiba HD-DVD player and a Playstation 3 for my high-def media. I use the HD-DVD player more for upconverting my huge standard DVD collection, and the about 20 or so movies I have for that dead format. I've got about 25 Blu-ray discs at the moment and that number will continue to rise in the future.
